The MARCUS class, and the top of the price list. Start here so every number below it has a scale to sit against — most businesses do not buy this one.
The Full Back Office
Agents across every department that needs one, built from your own process documents, running on-prem or in a private deployment where the data demands it. The published reference is MARCUS: 14 agents across 7 departments for a regulated lender.
- Agents across the operation, one per real job
- Private by design where the data demands it
- An approval queue: people decide, always
- Your team trained, everything owned by you
The guarantee, in one sentence.
If a scoped workflow is not live in your operation within 90 days, we keep building at no charge until it is.
And the three ways most businesses start.
Audit, sprint, retainer: every price fixed and quoted in writing before any work begins. The audit is where most businesses start.
AI Readiness Audit
We map your workflows, find where AI actually pays, and hand you a plan you own, whether or not you build it with us. In our shorthand: 100% of your Blueprint fee credits toward your 90-Day Build signed within 60 days, up to 25% of the Build’s price.
- A workflow map of your real operations
- The handful of places AI actually pays
- A phased plan you own outright
- A straight read on whether to build at all
AI Implementation Sprint
Agents, automations, and integrations, all tested inside your real operation, with your team trained to run them.
- Working agents built to your workflow
- Automations across your existing stack
- Integrations into one source of truth
- Your team trained to run all of it
Managed Services
We keep what we built healthy, watch what changes, and evolve the systems as your business does.
- Continuous testing on every deployed system
- Patching as models and vendors shift
- Tuning, plus a monthly build block
- A one-page monthly report, plain numbers
- No lock-in: leave whenever it stops paying
Every path here starts with the same free 30-minute assessment. We take a fixed number of builds each quarter — the count at the top of this page is real. The free assessment is how we choose them, and how you check us before spending a dollar. Want a rough number first? Run the calculator.
Same rigor. A fraction of the bill.
The Big Four do versions of this work at prices buyers report starting around half a million. We built the same discipline for Main Street.
A full Implementation Sprint, fixed in writing before we start — and guaranteed live in 90 days.
Eight times the cost, before the work begins. Our largest standard sprint costs less than their kickoff meeting. That figure is what buyers report being quoted — the global firms publish no minimums.
How much does AI implementation cost?
01How much does AI implementation cost for a small business?+
The AI Readiness Audit runs $3,500–$8,500 and takes 2 to 4 weeks. An AI Implementation Sprint runs $18,000–$60,000, quoted fixed in writing before work begins. Managed Services runs from $1,500 a month with no lock-in, and a Full Back Office build starts at $95,000. For how our numbers compare to the wider market — hourly, boutique, Big Four — see What an AI Consultant Costs in 2026; for the monthly costs after the build, see What AI Automation Costs to Run.
02Is there a guarantee?+
Yes, on delivery: if a scoped workflow is not live in your operation within 90 days, we keep building at no charge until it is. The scope is fixed in writing before work begins, so the guarantee is against a spec both sides can read. We do not guarantee ROI numbers — nobody honestly can — but we do guarantee the thing you paid for shows up and runs.
03Does the audit fee count toward a build?+
Yes. 100% of your audit fee credits toward an Implementation Sprint signed within 60 days of the audit, up to 25% of the sprint price. If the audit leads to a build, the diagnosis effectively costs you nothing.
04What does the AI Readiness Audit include?+
A workflow map of your real operations, the handful of places AI actually pays, a phased plan you own outright, and a straight read on whether to build at all. It takes 2 to 4 weeks.
05Why fixed prices instead of hourly?+
Because that is how you would want to be treated. The exact price is quoted in writing before work begins and does not move after we start. You will not sit through three discovery calls to learn what something costs. If you are comparing firms, the ten questions in How to Choose an AI Consultant include this one — and a scope a vendor can’t inflate keeps the number fixed after you choose.
06What happens after the 90 days?+
Your team is trained to run what we built, and you own all of it. If you want us to keep watching, Managed Services covers monitoring and maintenance as models and vendors shift: from $1,500 a month, cancel any month it stops earning its keep, and pay annually for 12 months at the price of 10. Whether to keep a retainer, name an internal owner, or hire is worked through in AI Consultant vs. In-House Hire.
